Found this recipe on-line, thought I’d give this one a go and try make it vegan. I used 2 cups of TVP instead of meat and a recipe I found for Worcestershire sauce (2 tsp soy sauce, 4 drops hot sauce, 1/4 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 sugar). I followed the recipe as written, it turned out pretty good, the TVP was a little mushy but the favor was wonderful. Spouse and I loved it, not sure able the toddler she had a sleep over with Nana!
