Chickwheat Shreds – Avocados and Ales

Finally decided to give this a try.  It was pretty simple, the hardest part was blending with the dough blade and knowing if it had been in the processor long enough.  I think it tastes great, I haven’t tried cooking it in a curry or anything yet.  I did tell Morgan it was chicken and she ate loads.  My spouse can’t try it because of the gluten.
